My RequestsIf your testing asset requires unique passwords for access, we can provide a self-refreshing link that generates a different password for each user upon clicking.
What We Need from You:
- Credentials List: Please compile the credentials in a Google Sheet and ensure that it’s accessible to anyone with the link.
- Participant Coverage: Provide at least three times the number of credentials as the number of participants. For example, if you’re recruiting 15 participants, we’ll need at least 45 credentials.
- Study Information: Notify the Operations Team of the name of the study where these credentials will be used.
Operations Team Setup:
The Operations Team will set up the credentials and provide you with a "credentials link" that includes all the necessary details.
Integrating the Link into Your Study:
Add the provided "credentials link" to the task where participants will need the credentials. This link can be reused across different studies, as long as the credentials remain valid.
